Basic Operating Instructions:

Without Redox Controller
With Air Pump
Connect airline (from the air pump) to the connection nearest the electrical connection (use either connection for MEGA). Connect airline (going to protein skimmer or reactor) to the other connection. Plug the power cord(s) into a GFCI protected grounded receptacle. Adjust airflow to meet your needs.
With Venturi
Connect airline from venturi to the end opposite the electrical connection (use either connection for MEGA). Plug the power cord(s) into a GFCI protected grounded receptacle. Adjust venturi airflow to meet your needs.

With Redox Controller
Follow above instructions for air requirements.
Plug the power cord(s) into your Redox Controller. Follow Redox controller instructions for proper setup.

CAUTION: (Does not apply to Ultrazone MEGA)
AIRFLOW MUST BE IN THE PROPER DIRECTION TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE OZONE BULB CHAMBER. IF THE UNIT IS INSTALLED IMPROPERLY AND DAMAGE OCCURS, THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

Ozone Bulb Replacement Instructions

Unplug ozone generator from the outlet or Redox controller.
Remove the airlines from ozone chamber.
Remove the three end cap retaining screws.
Gently pull off the end cap and attached ozone chamber.
Unplug the power connector from the ozone bulb.
Remove ozone bulb retaining nut and rubber gasket.
Slide the ozone bulb out of ozone bulb chamber.
Install new ozone bulb in reverse order.
